"These are three expressions of a single conviction — that healing and growth are integrated, and each person is entitled to a path shaped around their own life, body, and becoming."— JJ Crow, Founder
JJ Crow brings over 700 hours of yoga training to her work, anchored in the conviction that transformation is enhanced by a personal, unique approach.
Included in her extensive yoga training is a 200-hour Vinyasa training from Pure 8 Yoga, a 300-hour advanced teacher training with Ghosh Yoga, and a 200-hour yoga therapy training with Mrs. Muktamala Mitra, granddaughter of Bishnu Ghosh — Bikram Choudhury's teacher — and principal of Ghosh Yoga College in Kolkata, India.
JJ is lead pastor for Christ the Healer, an esoteric Christian church within the progressive denomination, the United Church of Christ. She is a certified spiritual director through The Phoenix Center for Spiritual Direction, and a certified kinesiology practitioner through the International Integrative Education Institute. Her ongoing studies with the Helpers Mentor Society and participation with Eagle Spirit community continue to deepen her spiritual practice.
